Bradley Vitou is a Vice President at Strategic Governance Advisors.

Bradley advises public companies and hedge funds on transactions, proxy contests, shareholder proposals, and other corporate governance matters. Bradley has consulted on a number of contested M&A deals, including the proposed Bristol-Myers Squibb Company merger with Celgene Corporation, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited acquisition of Shire plc, and Alpine Electronics contested merger with Alps Electric. Bradley has also advised numerous companies facing shareholder activism, including Telecom Italia S.p.A., Olympus Corp., RAIT Financial, Dollar Tree, Inc., and Vanda Pharmaceuticals.

Bradley was formerly a Director in the Capital Markets and Activism Solutions groups at FTI Consulting. During his tenure, he advised companies on issues ranging from environmental & social shareholder proposals to public proxy fights. Prior to his role at FTI Consulting, Bradley was an Equity Research Associate within the Industrials group at Keybanc Capital Markets. Bradley began his career rotating through KeyBanc’s investment banking, finance, and credit program, where he provided economic and commodity research to credit portfolio managers and strategists.

Bradley holds a B.B.A. in Economics from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France.
